Interim Report

The National Conversation on Immigration has been travelling across all regions and nations of the UK to hear what people think about immigration.

This interim report represents our findings from the first 30 visits made between February and September 2017.

The National Conversation feeds into the Home Affairs Committee’s own year-long inquiry on the future direction of immigration policy. Importantly, too, the Home Affairs Committee also wants to see if it is possible to build greater consensus behind immigration policy. You can find the committee’s own interim report here.
